Join the University of Plymouth Orchestra for an afternoon concert on the theme "The Sounds of Nature". Music will include Out of Africa, Hansel & Gretel, Pastoral Symphony and more!
This is an informal, interactive concert suitable for all. It will include storytelling, a chance to meet the musicians and even have a go at playing an instrument. Everyone welcome. Accessible venue! Come and join us!
The programme will include:
Strauss – Tales from the Vienna Woods
Butterworth – The Banks of Green Willow
MacCunn – The Land of the Mountain and the Flood
Beethoven – 1st Movement of Symphony No. 6 (Pastorale)
Stravinsky Finale of the Firebird
