ADV735 course details (masters level)
At masters level, this module focuses on applying knowledge and understanding to support person-centred service development for people with long-term conditions and culminates in the submission of a service development proposal. You will be encouraged to further develop your knowledge and skills in order to maximise person-centred care during routine practice and develop services to support individuals with long-term conditions in line with health and social care policy.
You will focus on critically applying knowledge and understanding to support person-centred service development for people with long-term conditions. You will explore in depth the impact of long-term conditions on the individual, their family and carers based on best practice discussed within current national and international policy and guidelines.
