'TOPLINE 24 – Adventures in Social Inclusion' showcases the power of music technology and open mic nights in fostering community belonging and social justice, with a special focus on young adults with special needs (SEND). Discover how the TOPLINE 24 project engaged participants in Exeter through communal music making, accessible music technology, songwriting, performance and team-building activities.
Learn about the incredible journey of participants who went from never having performed in public to planning the regions first 'Differently Abled Open Mic Night'. Attendees can explore innovative music technology, including 'Oddballs' and 'Playtronica' devices, create music together, and learn about open mic nights. This event is perfect for anyone interested in grassroots creativity and promoting inclusivity in their community.
