Using a series of selected hand tools you will be creating individual chopping boards from English hardwood offcuts, such as oak, ash and sycamore from the Studio Arvor workshop.
Through designing, shaping and oiling the chopping boards, Jo will help you to learn how best to use certain hand tools and build confidence in doing so. Woodworking environments can sometimes be seen as a bit daunting and male-dominated, Jo aims to create a welcoming and inclusive environment for people with little to no prior experience of woodworking.
