Over 1,200 submissions were received for the Plymouth Contemporary in 2015 from the United Kingdom, Ireland, Europe and beyond and were displayed in the Peninsula Arts Gallery between 11 July-29 August 2015. They were reviewed by the following highly-respected panel comprising:
Helen Legg, Director, Spike Island, Bristol; Sam Thorne, Artistic Director, Tate St Ives; Judith Robinson, Partnerships Officer, Plymouth City Council; Dr Sarah Chapman, Director, Peninsula Arts; Chris Cook, Associate Professor (Reader) in Painting, School of Art and Media, Plymouth University and Professor Alan Schechner, Head of School of Art and Media, Plymouth University.
