About Saqlain

With over 15 years of experience in both academia and industry, Saqlain brings knowledge and practical insights to his role as a Lecturer in Business and Data Analytics. He teaches a variety of modules for both undergraduate and postgraduate programs, focusing on enterprise, innovation, and business analytics. Before joining the University of Plymouth, he served as the Program Leader for (EMBA) and Cluster Head for (Entrepreneurship & Marketing) at SZABIST University, Pakistan. Saqlain has expertise in supervising research projects, ranging from undergraduate to PhD level. He publishes his work in internationally recognized journals and regularly participates in academic events.

Supervised Research Degrees

So far, Saqlain has supervised over 10 undergraduate students, 15 postgraduate students, and 3 PhD dissertations. Currently, he is supervising 1 PhD and 11 postgraduate research projects.

 

Teaching

Saqlain’s teaching focuses on business management, entrepreneurship, and business analytics. Teaching and imparting knowledge to his students is the most enriching experience for him. He always offers first-line support and a conducive environment to the students for learning, sharing, and enjoying knowledge.
