In 2015, UN member states agreed to 17 global Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) to end poverty, protect the planet and ensure prosperity for all. Lorna's work contributes towards the following SDG(s):

Evidence synthesis teaching in the Faculty of Health

• Systematic review and rapid review methods
• Critical appraisal and quality assessment
• Reference management using EndNote
• Statistics and meta analysis
• Data synthesis and charting

Supervision of MSc Masters projects (evidence synthesis)
Support also given to the evidence-based curriculum at undergraduate level
