Guoste is a Doctoral Researcher and an Associate Lecturer (DTA) at the University of Plymouth Business School. She is involved in different teaching and research activities including facilitation of seminars and tutorials, personal tutoring, project supervision and research project management

Guoste is Generation Delta UoP Network Lead (GD Champion) where she organises events, coordinates activities, manages communications as well as maintains and strengthens the network. Her efforts are dedicated to supporting BAME women in academia and creating opportunities for their professional growth and development.
Additionally, she is a member of Equality, Diversity and Inclusion committee contributing to promoting inclusive practices, ensuring diverse representation, and advocating for equitable opportunities within the institution.
