About Chiwuokem

Chiwuokem is a researcher with a keen interest in the use of data, particularly customer and consumer data, by organisations across various sectors. His work focuses on the analysis of big data to support decision-making and enhance strategic discussions within organisations. He also investigates the implications of data sharing and privacy on cybersecurity management and the development of new business models.
He is particularly interested in how big data-driven strategies and responsible AI can be applied to business models. His work also examines the importance of education, training, and awareness around these technologies, and the factors that influence their adoption in businesses, especially within the e-retail sector. This includes collaborating with multiple stakeholders to assess current practices and develop roadmaps for implementing big data and responsible AI-driven solutions that ensure ethical, secure, and effective outcomes.
