About Cat

Cat is a Lecturer in Leadership and Business Management and Programme Leader for the BSc (Hons) Business Management (Fast Track) and BSc (Hons) Business Management at IIG.  She specialises in teaching undergraduate leadership, but also has significant expertise in supervising dissertations, ranging from undergraduate to PhD level.

Prior to working in higher education Cat had a varied and successful career within the hospitality industry. She was employed by brands including Marriott International, Mitchells and Butler and Compass Group as well as a number of smaller independent businesses, both in the UK and abroad.  Her research interests are primarily linked to employability and transitions into the workplace.
