Student ambassador helps a new student move into student halls accommodation

Supporting you

The Halls Team are here to ensure that students make the most of their time in University-managed halls of residence, while feeling safe and supported.
Our Team provides support and advice to help all of our residents settle in and integrate into their first year at university in their new homes. We're made up of Hall Officers, Assistant Hall Officers, Residence Services Advisors and Student Hall Ambassadors.
You can book an appointment with the Halls Team via the Accommodation Portal or email uniaccommodation@plymouth.ac.uk.
If you have any problems during your stay, we're here to help.
