Each year, 10th October marks World Mental Health Day. πŸ’š
The overall objective of World Mental Health Day is to raise awareness of mental health issues, share support and to promote positive steps that we can all take to improve all aspects of wellbeing leading to positive mental health. Talking about our mental health can help us cope better with life’s ups and downs. So, on World Mental Health Day and beyond it, why not check in with your friends, family, peers or colleagues?
