This February, we invite you to explore the rich tapestry of LGBT+ experiences with the Pastoral and Spiritual Support Service.
Every Friday from 13:00–14:00, immerse yourself in enlightening discussions that delve into the complexities of our diverse histories and explore our identities. Whether you're seeking understanding, connection or simply a safe space to express your views, this is the perfect opportunity to engage in meaningful conversations.
Mark your calendars for these inspiring topics: Kick off with an Introduction on February 7th, dive deep into Sexuality on the 14th, unravel the complexities of Gender on the 21st, and close out the month by understanding Culture on February 28th. Hosted by our compassionate Multi-Faith Chaplain, who embodies the intersection of Christian faith and LGBT+ advocacy – these sessions promise to challenge, enlighten and empower. Let’s come together to honour our past, embrace our present, and envision a future where everyone can thrive authentically.
Don’t miss out on this chance to connect, learn, and celebrate! Share your voice and be part of a community that champions love and acceptance. We can’t wait to see you there!
This event is open to University of Plymouth students and staff. If you have any specific access requirements related to a disability, please let us know in advance by emailing spiritualsupport@plymouth.ac.uk.
