Feeling overwhelmed by University pressures? It’s time to take a step back and reconnect with yourself.
This is your chance to embark on a rejuvenating journey where you can immerse yourself in the art of mindfulness every Friday from 12:00–13:00, starting 29 November through to 13 December.
Discover how simple practices like breath awareness, body scans and mindful movement can help reduce stress and anxiety while enhancing your overall wellbeing.
Whether you're new to mindfulness or looking to deepen your practice, our Buddhist Chaplain will guide you through engaging activities designed to foster self-compassion and cultivate peace amidst chaos.
We suggest committing to all three sessions for best results although you can attend any individually if you wish.
If you have any specific access requirements related to a disability, please let us know in advance by emailing spiritualsupport@plymouth.ac.uk.
