A short but fun workshop where you will hear from experts on oceans and rivers, ask questions and develop stories for a more sustainable future. Be prepared to be curious, get creative and use your imagination!
Organised by Chloe Nunn, a marine ecologist and social scientist, this workshop builds on the Constructive Visions Project. For the project, over 50 National Geographic Explorers and collaborators from around the world came together to envision a more sustainable future.
The objective of this workshop is to inspire our curiosity about science through storytelling. By engaging with scientists and exploring scientific concepts through narrative, families will develop questions and ideas for storytelling that integrate scientific themes.
What does the future look like? What do we want it to look like?
This workshop and the Constructive Visions Project sits at the intersection of storytelling, science and experiential education. Join us to develop stories for a more sustainable future and become an agent of change.
No previous storytelling or drawing experience is required to participate.
