The South West Electron Microscopy (SW-EM) conference returns to Plymouth for 2025! Our third SW-EM is a networking event open to anyone working in or with electron microscopy, and will be hosted at the University of Plymouth John Bull Building and Plymouth Electron Microscopy Centre's brand new facility at Plymouth Science Park.
Plymouth Electron Microscopy Centre is delighted to host SW-EM 2025 on 10–11 June 2025. Join us for two half-days of talks, including updates from electron microscopy centres from around the South West and (new for 2025!) sessions on diversifying income and science communication, an exhibition, an evening meal, and plenty of opportunities to network with academics, industry and funding bodies.
This event is open to anyone, but is aimed at those working in or with electron microscopy, in an academic, research or commercial environment in the south west of the UK.
REGISTRATION
Registration for the two day community meeting is OPEN. Registration can be made using the form below or via the above link. Registration is FREE for technical, academic and research colleagues.
