Join the University of Plymouth and the University of Exeter for a highly engaging afternoon developing awareness and understanding of floating offshore wind (FLOW), the career opportunities in this sector in Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly, and the skills and training pathways towards a career in FLOW. 
Supported by academic experts within the University of Exeter Engineering and Business Schools, and the University of Plymouth Sustainable Earth Institute, this session will help you develop awareness of careers in the offshore wind sector and how to develop the skills needed to access high-value green careers in this exciting growing sector.
This event is aimed at those who:
  • are interested in exploring varied greener careers in high growth potential sectors such as renewable energy across Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly
  • would like to develop their understanding of the FLOW sector and skills needed for a career in FLOW
  • are keen to make new connections and develop their network across the sector in Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly
  • are interested in further related training opportunities to develop skills for their future career.
