Save event
Join us as we celebrate science, technology, engineering and maths (STEM) subjects at the University. Whether you have aspirations to study with us, or just have an interest in science, there is something at the showcase for you.
This is the University’s 14th Science and Engineering Showcase where we take over our on-campus marquee and fill it with interactive exhibits from across our Faculty of Science and Engineering. We will have a number of stands hosted by our academics, ambassadors and external exhibitors.
Whether you’re interested in retro games, understanding the power of our oceans or getting to know the animals around us, we’ve got something for everyone. Previous exhibits have ranged from Google Earth virtual reality to amazing invertebrates, arcade game technology to iceberg melting, bike powered recycling plastics to the Turing test. There will be something for everyone and plenty of opportunity to get your hand on.
This free event is suitable for adults, families and children over the age of five. There is no need to book – simply turn up and have fun!
If you require more information please email us at outreach@plymouth.ac.uk.
