Who is this course for? 

This course is for staff wanting to create long and short documents or reports using Word. 

What will I learn? 

This course will help your reports and documents be consistent, add more style and give them a professional look. 

Pre-requisites 

You must have basic PC skills (i.e. be able to use a mouse, keyboard and Windows). 

Course content

  • Create an automatic table of contents 
  • Using captions 
  • Headers, footers page numbering 
  • Using the proofing features (for example, tracking changes) 
  • Using the format painter 
  • Mail merge
