National Apprenticeship Week is a week-long celebration that brings together businesses and apprentices across the country to shine a light on the positive impact that apprenticeships make to individuals, businesses and the wider economy.
The theme for National Apprenticeship Week 2025 is ‘Skills For Life’. Throughout the week, top employers and organisations come together to showcase their opportunities to thousands of attendees, who are actively seeking an apprenticeship.
The University offers a number of industry led higher and degree work-based apprenticeships to support business growth. Designed by employers for employers, our apprenticeships address skills gaps, staff retention issues and support succession planning. They are a combination of university study and employment in the workplace combining academic and vocational education. Degree apprenticeships have a higher education award as part of the mandated outcome which enables the learner to achieve the essential learning requirements of the chosen apprenticeship standard.
We're holding online information sessions for the apprenticeships listed below in the run up to NAW 2025.
