Feeling stressed or overwhelmed? Take some time out of your day to focus on yourself and find your inner bliss!
Join us at the Pastoral and Spiritual Support Centre for our midweek Wednesday meditation class every week at 12:30. Take 30 minutes out of your day to relax, reflect, and recharge as you explore the benefits of meditation.
Our class is open to all students and staff who are interested in deepening their meditation practice or trying something new.
Our sessions take place upstairs in meeting room 101 at the Pastoral and Spiritual Support Centre, 1 Kirkby Terrace (opposite James Street Vaults).
If you have any specific access requirements related to a disability, please let us know in advance by emailing spiritualsupport@plymouth.ac.uk.
