Get ready to ring in the New Year like never before!
Join us at the Pastoral and Spiritual Support Centre (opposite the James Street Vaults) for a vibrant celebration of Naw Ruz, a festival steeped in over 3,000 years of rich history and cultural significance! As we gather at the Spring equinox, we honour this incredible tradition celebrated in over 20 countries, right here in the UK, long before Christianity even graced our shores!
We’ll have a vegetarian small buffet to share, but you are welcome to bring some snacks to share as well.
Whether you’re part of the Zoroastrian community, a Bahá'í observing the end of 19 days of fasting, or simply curious about this amazing cultural festivity, there’s something for everyone! Come share in the joy, connection and vibrant spirit of Naw Ruz as we celebrate new beginnings together.
