This event is a tailored innovation workshop delivered by STRIDE on behalf of the Cornwall and Isles of Scilly Growth Hub.
The Business Model Canvas is a strategic management and entrepreneurial tool that allows you to describe, design, challenge, invent and pivot your business model. It offers a visual chart with elements highlighting your businesses products or service value proposition infrastructure, customers and finances, assisting your business to align your activities by illustrating potential trade-off methods.
STRIDE will deliver an interactive workshop to support with using this method in your business. We will explore the strategic management template used for developing new business models and documenting existing ones.
A complimentary lunch is provided.
This workshop is designed to support innovative businesses in Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly.
