We invite you to join us for the third webinar in our series.
This is the third of a series of webinars exploring the realities of putting the Community Mental Health Framework (2019) into practice. McPin and the University of Plymouth have worked for the last 3 years with services across England to understand some of the challenges of implementation.
Findings from our evaluations and research have made us think about what a balanced system of mental health provision in the community might look like – one in which inequalities are reduced and the workforce-workload mismatch addressed. Secondly, we focus on what data we might best use to monitor progress towards the ‘Balanced System’ goal.
During the webinar, brief presentations will be followed by commentary from experts.
Presentations:
- ‘Balanced System’ concept and what we need to measure
- The basics of building a meaningful understanding of your CMHF system
- Accessing the voice of lived experience in complex systems
- How to effectively use your learning
The webinar aims to stimulate open discussions between practitioners, service users / carers / families who experience these systems alongside commissioners, providers and other stakeholder wishing to create coherent systems that make a difference to a person’s experience of care.
