In the midst of grief, it can often feel like you're navigating the deep valleys of loss alone.
If you’re looking for a safe haven to share your story and connect with others who truly understand your journey, A Space to Breathe and Grieve staff network offers just that – a compassionate community where mindfulness guides our conversation and loneliness becomes connection.
Join us at the Pastoral and Spiritual Support Service every first Tuesday of the month at 12:00. Together, let’s honour our losses while cultivating hope – because in this sacred space every shared moment reinforces the strength we gain from one another.
We have a one-off event entitled 'Colours of Grief: Using creativity to embrace loss and find peace' on Thursday 29 May from 12:00–13:00. We invite you to a safe and supportive space where you can express your feelings through art, even if you don't consider yourself an artist!
