Our Applicant Portal at the University of Plymouth is designed as an easy way for you to access updates about your application to study with us, provide us with more information if needed, find out what to do next and to stay in touch with our Admissions teams.
You will receive an invitation to log in to our applicant portal if you have applied to study with us.

Undergraduate applications

If you have applied for an undergraduate degree with us through UCAS, you will be able use the applicant portal to:
  • view and manage your personal data and contact details (some changes may need to be managed via UCAS)
  • view your application and track application status changes
  • view your offer letters
  • contact our Admissions teams
  • request application amendments, such as deferral, advanced entry or credit transfer (Recognised Prior Learning)
  • complete admissions tasks, like uploading certificates or responding to further information requests
  • respond to your interview invites and view your upcoming interview information (if applicable)
  • apply for funds or scholarships
  • make advanced tuition fee payments.
We will use the portal to keep in touch with you, including:
  • asking for any further information we need to process your application
  • sending you offer letters.

  • Apply for a programme
  • Accept or Decline your offer
  • Withdraw your application

Postgraduate applications

To apply for a postgraduate programme with us, you will be directed to the Applicant Portal from the Apply option on the programme webpage. Here you will be able to:
  • create a username and password
  • create, save and submit your application
  • upload supporting documentation
  • view your referees
  • request a deferral if you want to study at a later date
  • submit a request for us to recognise any prior learning you may have undertaken (Recognised Prior Learning), which may count towards credits on a programme
  • withdraw your application
  • respond to an offer request
  • view status changes to your application
  • contact our Admissions team.
We will use the portal to keep in touch with you, including:
  • asking for any further information we need to process your application
  • sending you updates on what to do next
  • sending you offer letters.

International applications

In addition to the above, you will be able to:
  • complete immigration and student visa-related tasks
  • manage your Agents (if applicable)
  • pay a deposit.
