This 40 credit degree-level module will provide contemporary knowledge, skills and competencies for practitioners who wish to advance their practice to effectively manage a range of long-term conditions.
The module will highlight the significance and application of links between research/audit and evidence-based care in the management of long-term conditions and will equip you to lead and implement informed change in the practice of long-term conditions management.
At the end of the module you will be able to:
Delivery consists of a variety of approaches including: lectures, group work, student-led activities, expert patient, simulation, equipment management, practical scenarios, digital media and directed study.
