Our Wellbeing Advisor can help you to discover a wealth of useful resources, information, strategies and advice.
If you need support for:
  • Stress, anxiety or low mood. Although these feelings are not uncommon, if they persist and are affecting your life, academic engagement, or university experience there are things you can try to help you feel emotionally and mentally better.
  • Transition to university. This is an exciting time but can also be daunting. Missing home, making new friends, learning to share your living space with others can feel stressful or overwhelming. Find out what you can do to feel better.
  • Looking after yourself physically to improve your mental wellbeing.
Find out how to get signed up to our many workshops and groups and what support is available both within and external to the University.
