The Welfare Law Clinic provides information, advice and in appropriate cases, representation.
We focus on claims for Personal Independence Payment (PIP). This is a benefit that can be paid where a claimant has a medical condition that is affecting their ability to carry out normal day to day functions like preparing food, dressing themselves and engaging with other people. If a claimant has a difficulty going out and their walking is limited, they may also qualify.

- Information on how to claim Disability Living Allowance for anyone with a medical condition under the age of 16.
