Room types and prices

All rooms in Pilgrim Hall are en suite. There are three types of room available to book in Pilgrim Hall: standard en suite rooms, large en suite rooms and superior en suite rooms. Please note that there are only 12 superior en suite rooms available to book in Pilgrim Hall.
Please note that all prices listed below are correct for the 2024-25 intake.
Room type – standard en suite (191):
  • Cost: £188.50 per week. Total annual rent: £7,728.50 (for 41-week licence).
  • Floor size: approximately 11.2m².
  • Bed size: single bed with under-bed storage.
  • Facilities: large shelving, desk, notice board and wardrobe, en suite bathroom with shower (wet room).
Room type – large en suite (28):
  • Cost: £193 per week. Total annual rent: £7,913 (for a 41-week licence).
  • Floor size: approximately 14.7m².
  • Bed size: single bed with under-bed storage.
  • Facilities: long section of shelving, longer desk, notice board, wardrobe and en suite bathroom with shower (wet room).
Room type – superior en suite (12):
  • Cost: £203 per week. Total annual rent: £8,323 (for a 41-week licence).
  • Floor size: approximately 16.2m².
  • Bed size: double bed with under-bed storage.
  • Facilities: long desk and a long section of shelving, notice board, wardrobe and en suite bathroom with shower (wet room).
