Strong industry and university partnerships are central to leading research and development in the UK. With increasingly complex global challenges, our half-day event will explore the characteristics of successful industry-university partnerships that can drive improved productivity, profitability and innovative solutions to real world problems.
The University of Plymouth is committed to developing industry and business partnerships as part of our 2030 strategy. Using local case studies together with showcasing our solutions for business we will demonstrate the potential for collaboration between academia and business.
Across the University, there are a wide range of health, science, engineering, arts and humanities assets that are working across disciplines to deliver meaningful change. Our event will enable businesses to understand the potential of this resource and for researchers to network with partners with the ambition to innovate.
