This interactive open session (part of the ESRC Festival of Social Science) was designed to give employers and managers key insights into how difficult issues can be effectively managed.
Drawing on real-life case studies and cutting-edge research, two of the UK’s leading authorities on workplace conflict looked at the causes of workplace disputes, how they escalate and the practical steps that managers can take to resolve them.
