Save event
This was an eye-opening event designed to raise awareness about the global sand crisis and foster a network of concerned individuals and stakeholders.

This event featured two engaging parts:

Firstly, attendees explored a poster exhibition that delved into the critical issue of sand scarcity, the environmental impact of sand mining and the vital role sand plays in our world. The exhibition was open to the public and project team members were on hand to guide visitors through the displays, answer questions and showcase various sand materials.
Secondly, participants were invited to a hybrid webinar with expert presentations and a Q&A session.
The event aimed to deepen understanding of the sand as a critical, strategic, and essential material and mobilise action towards sustainable solutions.
