Ed Holloway is a Chartered Architect, Teacher, Designer and Director of Beep Studio with over 25 years experience in a range of built forms, public artworks and community-led initiatives. Over the last 10 years the practice has supported projects that get people dancing, growing food and making art and music, celebrating and strengthening communities. Exploring a uniquely broad approach to architectural and design practice, Ed discusses how the Studio’s work responds to genuine need through reciprocal client and stakeholder relationships, building resilience and valuable social capital through which all parties are enabled to grow.
Beep Studio are a multi-disciplinary practice, dealing with architecture, art, and education. The studio’s ethos is all about collaboration and community, visible in their wide range of projects. Their aim is to enhance public spaces for the community, creating clarity and revealing elegant solutions to complex questions.
