Terms and conditions

The University Terms and Conditions for Research Equipment apply to purchase orders for specialist equipment, indicatively around or above £10,000 in value.

The University Terms and Conditions for Consultancy apply to purchase orders for Services, which by the University’s interpretation meet the corporate definition for Consultancy.

The University Terms and Conditions for Goods and Services are the default T&Cs and used for the vast majority of purchase order.

Where there is a known requirement for the supplier to act as a ‘Processor’ of Personal Data by direction of the University as the ‘Controller’, as defined in the General Data Protection Regulation 2016 and the Data Protection Act 2018 the following documents should also be used;
