The University of Plymouth is pleased to provide all potential suppliers with a ‘Supplier Guide to Tendering’, provided by UK Universities Purchasing Consortia (UKUPC) which provides guidance on how to navigate the tendering process.
This guide is particularly beneficial to those unfamiliar with public sector tendering and has been created with Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in mind. Although this guide particular makes reference to ‘Framework Agreements’, the advice contained herein is broadly relevant irrespective of the nature of the contract, from a one-off project contract to an ongoing long term contract for the provision of goods, services or works.
